First, my nose has small nostrils, so a closed approach would be difficult, and they recommended an open approach. They said they would improve the columella and nasal tip with a support structure made from ear cartilage, and would improve the step-off on the bridge with fascia. The manager was extremely kind, but the director did not feel especially friendly. I wondered if they were tired. Still, they answered questions well, and for parts that were not possible, they firmly said they could not do them, so that gave me trust. The disappointing part was that they did not do a CT scan, so I had to explain the columellar deviation myself.
