I did not know I would worry this much about hospitals. Compared with when I had it done before (over 10 years ago), it seems things have become much more standardized overall.. T_T First, I did online research and then visited five clinics in person, and I will share consultation reviews for four of them!! Please help me think through which one would be better, or share your own reviews..🙏 1. [Clinic A] Sinsa - I went because it is famous for revision surgery. The manager who consulted with me said she had her eyes, nose, and everything done by the surgeons here, which made me curious. It was pretty and having direct before-and-after results made me more drawn to it. The two surgeons were both fairly kind, and the nose specialist Dr. Hong said he even personally operated on his own wife, which made me trust him more. They said CCTV can be viewed twice, 10 minutes each time, whenever I want, and the aftercare period is one year, but if there are any problems they will do their best to take care of them. Recommended materials: silicone, donated costal cartilage / autologous costal cartilage also possible 2. [Clinic B] Sinsa - I went here too because it is said to be a nose-specialized clinic, and I had requested a same-day consultation, but since it was a weekday it was possible. The chief surgeon seemed good at making a flashy curved nose, while the vice chief surgeon said he pursues naturalness. They kept emphasizing the doctors' skill and career, and also emphasized that they are a full member of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons with an accident-free record. The doctor seemed confident and said it was not a difficult nose. They showed me how my photo would be rendered in 3D and said they would do it in this style, but I did not like that image. What was unusual here was that if I left a reservation deposit on the same day, they offered a discounted price, so I made a reservation for now. (Non-face-to-face cancellation possible one week in advance) Recommended materials: silicone, autologous costal cartilage, Alloderm 3. [Clinic C] Sinnonhyeon - I also went here because they specialize in revisions and the doctor has a long career. Unusually, they said they mainly use customized silicone, so the price is higher. They emphasized very strongly that revision surgery especially needs that. When I said this was the first time I had heard of customized silicone, they looked surprised. The doctor was generally kind, but not especially proactive. The materials were different from other places, and even though this was a revision for a crooked nasal tip, they said they would use only silicone and ear cartilage. But I have doubts about whether that works. And when giving the estimate, they included a short-nose correction / protection correction that was different from other places (my nose is not a bulbous nose), so the price became very expensive. Recommended materials: customized silicone, ear cartilage 4. [Clinic D] Sinsa - I also consulted with the two chief surgeons for the nose and eyes because they said they do noses in a very natural way. This was also the place with the longest history, and perhaps because of the surgeons' long experience, the nose consultation was extremely professional and detailed. Because of that, the estimate was the highest of the four places. The manager was very kind and professional; it felt like she had done consultations for a long time. However, it seems there is no CCTV here, and when I searched on Google, some article about a medical incident came up, but I do not know whether it is related. There is also one request to delete a post within one year on this community.. Recommended materials: silicone, autologous costal cartilage, Alloderm Maybe I am not very sensitive, or maybe because I had already done a lot of research in advance, but the hospitals all seemed kind and professional haha Right now I have narrowed it down to one of places 1 and 2, but I am still really torn T_T The thing I am most worried about is that because flashy noses are popular these days, there are so many review photos where the nasal tip is made very high. I want a straight nose that is close to straight, but.. even though they all say they can do well, I keep wondering which doctor can really make the design I want T_T Advantages of 1: can be treated by doctors who are good at eyes and nose respectively. Advantages of 2: 3-year aftercare, doctor's confidence. The experience levels of the doctors at 1 and 2 seem similar. If anyone has had surgery at one of these places or knows reviews, please leave a comment 🥹

The consultation is only with the doctor! (No second consultation with the manager or pushing the deposit, etc.) I really liked the doctor's consultation! He didn't just look at the condition with his eyes; he also touched my eyes, told me
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkJun 28 Review of [Clinic A]
It was the worst consultation among the clinics I have been to. I did feel some inconvenience with things like the waiting system while visiting clinics, but I did not really feel that they were rude during the consultation. Here, there is
