It seems like they do dermatology and plastic surgery together. There were many people who came for procedures. You first meet the manager for a consultation and then the director for a consultation, but they said it would take a while because the director was in surgery, so maybe because of that, the wait was a bit long T_T more than 1 hour? It took a little over that.. haha The director seemed confident and briefly (?) explained how the surgical direction would be set. Maybe because I had waited so long, I think I liked that it was not too long.. And then the manager came back in and consulted about pricing and aftercare, etc.
