I visited after going around to several consultations because of my cheekbones. First of all, I liked that the consultant and director were kind, and the atmosphere made it comfortable to ask questions. In my case, I was told they would reduce them by about 6 mm, and they said the surgical method would be an L-shaped osteotomy. I was told the fixation would be upward fixation and seemed to be double fixation. Regarding sagging, they said that with my skin and facial conditions, I probably didn’t need to worry too much, and explained that my face shape was one where I could definitely see an effect if I had the surgery. Additionally, they said that after cheekbone surgery, depending on the condition, I could also consider deep cheek fat removal if needed. Overall, the consultation didn’t feel overly pushy, and the general impression was that I was a case that would get good results and that I didn’t need to worry too much about sagging. Lastly, what I liked most was that there was no pressure to pay a reservation deposit.
