The wait time was moderate, probably because it was a weekday. The director was meticulous and gave a detailed consultation, which I liked. The natural feel matched what I wanted and what I needed, so that was good. But they charged separately for each part of the surgery, so the amount ended up far above what was listed in the event price, and I wondered what the point of the event price even was. The cost was a bit expensive, so I mentioned that during the manager consultation, but they subtly spoke in a way that sounded like I should go to another big hospital, which left me feeling bad T_T And when I went to the desk to use a coupon, there were many staff members there, but maybe because they had nothing to do, they were all listening to whatever people were saying and staring too much, which made me uncomfortable;;
