I went there because it was said to be a master of nose surgery. The doctor had a cool, reserved style and seemed to have his own surgical philosophy. He also examined my nose from different angles while touching it, and said that the nose has to suit the face, that it is too high right now, and that it needs to be lowered by two-thirds compared with the current height. Also, I had only been thinking about Megaderm instead of silicone, but he said that would make it lower than the shape I wanted, so he recommended using it together with silicone. I was also thinking about whether I should use Megaderm only
