Osteotomy and hump correction with donated rib cartilage, free of charge: rhinoplasty review

It has been about 3 months since my rhinoplasty. At first, when I was about to have surgery, I was holding back because I was worried it might hurt. But while getting a consultation at Lowell Plastic Surgery, I felt they explained things very professionally and gave an accurate diagnosis, so instead of fear I decided to go ahead after thinking about the changes after surgery! And maybe because it is not a big hospital, Dr. Kim Jaeyun seemed to examine everything very carefully? I had a dorsal augmentation with no implant, and for the tip they used ear cartilage and donated rib cartilage. It felt like I had surgery at a very reasonable price compared with other clinics, and I also found it surprising that the hump correction and osteotomy could be done at the exact price I saw in the app, with no extra charge. Before surgery, the hump was a huge complex for me because of my side profile. So when taking photos, I paid a lot of attention to angles and tended to avoid photos that showed my side line, but now, at 3 months, I actually take more side-profile photos, to the point that the complex is completely gone! The recovery process was much better than I expected too, and it was more about needing to be a little careful in daily life than being in severe pain. People around me also keep saying I look prettier and that my nose line is beautiful, so I think that made me even more satisfied. Now in everyday life, I barely even notice my nose, and it just feels natural and comfortable, like it has always been my nose 🙂‍↕️
