Don’t use plain silicone for your nose. The nasal tip got blunt and there was also visibility, so I ended up getting revision surgery, and this time I had a no-implant procedure with autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis. Other than the rib feeling a bit sore and the spot where the dermis was taken feeling a little uncomfortable, there isn’t really anything else, and this feels like the most amazing long surgery. Definitely, doing the philtrum reduction and alar lift together made the midface shorter overall, so the change is much bigger, and the nasal bridge dermis design came out slim too, with absolutely no foreign-body sensation.
