This is my 2-week review after nose surgery and forehead fat grafting! The nose was a revision surgery, my second operation. I didn’t like the result of my first nose surgery, but because I was busy I lived with a nose I wasn’t happy with for 5 years, and this time I had the revision surgery at Lowell! For the bridge, they used a 3D implant called Ssofit, and for the tip I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. Excluding the custom implant, there was no extra charge, and the price was exactly what was listed on the app. I had the surgery with Director Kim Jae-yoon, and I’m so happy with the forehead and nose line. At week 1, after the splint came off, the swelling was so severe that my nose looked huge and I thought I was in trouble, but as the swelling kept going down, the nose line kept looking prettier and prettier, and I’m very satisfied. I was wondering why I didn’t do it sooner... haha My midface is on the longer side, but now that the nose line has changed, my midface somehow looks shorter too. I still have some swelling and bruising left, but the bruising is something I can cover with makeup. During the consultation, the director was so kind and gave explanations that really stuck in my head, so I booked the surgery date right away and went ahead with it. The result is more than satisfying.
