While getting the consultation, I felt that overall they lacked sincerity. Rather than carefully checking my condition or consulting thoroughly, it felt like things were being done in a formulaic way. Even when I asked questions, the answers were mostly brief rather than detailed, and there was not enough concrete guidance about the results after surgery, so I could not build trust. Most of all, the cost was quite high, but I was not given a consultation service worthy of it
