To be completely honest, I will write both the pros and cons. It has been 6 months since my contouring type 1 surgery. I had cheekbone surgery, and they said there was no bone removal, so I went ahead with it. Recently I started worrying about jaw surgery, so I went to consultations at other places and was able to hear other doctors' opinions about my cheekbone contouring. They said there was still room to bring it in more. They also said that one side of the back cheekbone was fixed only with a fixation pin and asked whether there was any clicking sound. There is none! They said there is no functional problem, so it is fine. I was worried about sagging, so the non-bone-removal approach
