Overall, the consultation felt somewhat rushed and careless. Rather than listening enough to my concerns and desired direction and explaining things in a customized way, the consultation moved quickly with mostly general information, which was disappointing. The explanations about the surgery method and the expected results were also insufficient, so I did not feel much trust, and even after the consultation ended I did not feel convinced. The quoted cost was also compared with other hospitals
