They are also on the conservative side here. In another hospital's consultation, osteotomy had been mentioned, but they said there was absolutely no need for osteotomy. It seems they prefer open surgery (septum + ear cartilage), and as mentioned above, they absolutely do not recommend unnecessary things. They said the director would always see me whenever I came in after surgery, and I really liked that part. Which parts are realistically possible, and if the nose were done like this
