An open approach felt a bit scary, and I thought it might leave a scar, so I looked into it carefully and went with a non-open approach at [Clinic D], and got ENVI nose surgery. There’s no step-off and.. the nose ended up pretty nicely sharpened lol Honestly, my nose wasn’t that high to begin with, so I was worried they might say non-open wouldn’t work, but during the consultation the doctor also tried to match my opinions as much as possible, which I really liked… Also, there were a lot of nose surgery reviews here, so that was part of the decision too lol Anyway, I was pretty worried about all of it but it turned out well, so I’m really relieved
