Because I have a bulbous nose, I looked for rhinoplasty reviews that focused on improving bulbous noses, and among the G&G reviews, I think there was at least one case similar to mine. I am planning to save the review photos and bring them with me when I go for the consultation here. They say a bulbous nose is a difficult nose, so even looking for a hospital is hard. I do not know whether I need to reduce the nostril flare or raise the nose a lot. I do not really want the nose to become too artificially high, so I just want it improved naturally. Then where would be good ..!?
