The effect is minimal compared with the cost and the scar left on the scalp... They say hair grows in the scar area, but mine hasn't grown. I had it done 3 years ago, and now there's not much difference from before. It seems to have reverted because the forehead skin stretches well. The worst drawback of this surgery is that even though I didn't have much hair to begin with, they pulled the scalp toward the forehead, so the pulled area at the crown is completely empty, and I have to use hair fibers whenever I go out.
