I had it done 12 years ago... hehe. Honestly, until year 3 I thought it looked really fierce and that it was ruined, but now, in year 12, it is okay... but it is very obvious lol T_T And on the day of the surgery, they suddenly said they would raise the line a bit higher, so I was really taken aback. I was living in Ilsan at the time, so I had it done here, but if I went back now, I think I would do it in Gangnam. It really, really shows, and I had a rough time in the early days after surgery. I also got acne around the double eyelid area, it looked weird, and I think they removed some dissolvable stitches too lol. There is no real need to go here.
