My nose was originally so low that if you drew a finger across it, there was basically nothing to catch on, so I went with implants plus autologous rib cartilage. I wanted a natural look that would not obviously show I had had nose surgery, and a friend had done well there, so I followed them, visited, had a consultation, and set the surgery date right away. I also had forehead fat grafting at the same time. It came out naturally and well, though the area where the rib was harvested did leave a lot of scar. The consultation was good in that they discussed realistically what was possible and tried to fit what I was aiming for as much as possible
