I used autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. I also had alar reduction. The coordinators and the surgeon were kind, and I felt like they really took responsibility for the patient, so after the consultation here I didn’t shop around anywhere else and booked right away. I’m satisfied with the surgical result!! The alar reduction turned out naturally as well.
