Early on, I had back and lower canthoplasty plus nose surgery done by an associate director, but as I developed scar tissue or inflammation in my nose and it collapsed, I had revision surgery and got back and lower canthoplasty revised as well, while also having front and upper canthoplasty. When I originally wanted the revision, the associate director was unavailable, so the director handled the revision instead. I like glamorous noses, so I asked them to make it as high as possible, but maybe it was too high or my skin was too thin, because the cartilage and silicone were visible. Nose
