Because of my bulbous nose and dorsal hump, I felt like I couldn't keep living like this, so I searched and searched some more... and ended up getting bulbous nose surgery. What was especially unusual about the consultation with Director Park Jeong-hyeong at Mighty was that he analyzed my whole face, from facial shape to brow bone to jaw, and designed everything in really fine detail. He told me first that osteotomy and alar reduction didn't necessarily have to be done, and his honesty was genuinely moving (I won't say which hospital I went to right before this, but that place was pretty pushy, so I think I was even more drawn to the lack of unnecessary procedures here). I don't even need to say how satisfied I am with the surgery lol it's chaos~~ If there is anyone like me who gave up thinking their dorsal-hump bulbous nose was hopeless, I recommend at least going for a consultation. Also, Mighty uses a lot of autologous costal cartilage, but I was more worried about scars, so I went with ear cartilage + donated rib cartilage, and I'm very satisfied.
