I originally went in for a consultation because it seemed like there were a lot of reviews for double eyelid surgery and they said the surgeon was good at under-eye fat repositioning. The hospital was busy with a lot of people there (that is the reason I deducted a bit from the rating T_T), but the manager and the front desk helped quickly, so I did not end up waiting that long. The manager was just kind and pretty, and the surgeon's consultation left a strong impression on me.
