My eyes were not completely without a double eyelid fold to begin with, but the line was very thin and my condition varied a lot depending on the day I opened my eyes T_T Some days it looked fine, but on other days it looked almost as if the double eyelid had disappeared, so every time I took a photo, my eye size looked different and it was so stressful...
That is why I had double eyelid surgery, and the best thing after doing it is that my eyes look similar even when I wake up in the morning lololol. Before, the line would appear and disappear depending on how strongly I opened my eyes, but now that the line is neatly defined, makeup is much easier and I do not have to worry as much when taking photos lololol. Especially when I take front-facing photos, the difference feels even bigger!
Before surgery, my eyes looked a little heavy and sleepy, but now my pupils look clearer and the whole eye area feels much fresher!! More than anything, I am happiest that it became naturally like my own eyes rather than a flashy, obvious look~ These days, I hardly even retouch my eyes when taking selfies, and choosing photos has become much easier lol. No wonder people say after surgery that they wish they had done it sooner lol.
