The previous outer canthoplasty had been done way too aggressively, so I had a revision, but it did not work at all. Mucosal exposure and eye irritation were seriously painful. I was in a total mental mess, then pulled myself together and tried a redo revision, and it worked lol I visited many hospitals in person. I think I went to every hospital that specialized in eyes. Among them was a hospital with many revision cases, and the director seemed genuinely skilled. The consultation was that good, yeah. I felt like they could solve both the functional and aesthetic parts. Maybe I got lucky this time, but the eye irritation got better and the mucosa closed naturally, so I am very satisfied. I do wish I had done it here from the start, but still, I am glad I was able to escape on the second try.
