It was a long time ago so I don't remember well, but about 5 years ago? About a year after my first nose surgery, I had complications and got revision surgery.. After the nose was done again, the columella completely collapsed within just a few days, and the bridge of the nose became crooked (it had already gone in crooked) Even worse, I had it done with ear cartilage, but instead of moving it backward, they brought it forward, so the scar was completely visible, and every time I cut my hair people asked why it looked like that. I also ended up with ear deformity, so I couldn't even wear AirPods. The upper lip also developed a large amount of scar tissue along the upper line... They said they would do it again, but I don't think I can do it here anymore. Of course I know cleft lip and palate surgery is not something that can be made perfect, but there were so many other problems that I wrote this out of frustration. They performed surgery on a patient who will carry the scar for life without any consideration, and after the surgery they were always busy and handled follow-up care in a rushed, careless way, which really made me lose all affection for them. I really want to sue them, but I'm holding back.
