After thinking it over, I got nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and it was much less painful than I expected, which surprised me. I was scared because everyone said the area where the rib cartilage was taken out would hurt a lot, but once it was done, there was almost no pain at the incision site either, and the scar is barely noticeable, so I am very satisfied. On the day of surgery, I was very nervous, but when I opened my eyes after anesthesia, everything was already finished. Other than minor discomfort like nasal congestion in the early stage, there was nothing especially painful or difficult.
