It definitely feels different from a regular plastic surgery clinic! The staff also seem a bit older, and during the manager consultation there was none of the usual talk about design or surgery methods; they just asked what I wanted done and then went straight to the doctor consultation. The director was really, really kind and gave very conservative, careful feedback. I originally had very severe ptosis, and after becoming an adult I had partial-incision double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction, but now my eyes look vaguely dull and my double eyelids are uneven (one side has a slight sausage-like look..), so I went for a revision consultation. The director only recommended double eyelid surgery. After looking at my eye correction, he said it was a bit borderline, but since it wasn’t ptosis, there was no need to do it. He said if he were a stricter doctor, he might recommend doing it, but because he was conservative, he wouldn’t do it lol And the moment I brought up canthoplasty, he scolded me and said, Don’t do it! lol The director’s consultation was the one I liked most, but he said that if I only did double eyelid surgery, the line would be evened out and the sausage-like look on one side would go away, but my pupils wouldn’t show more, so I’m debating with other places
