I personally saw the content where the staff in the plastic surgery clinic group chat were making a fool of me using my name~~ I rode the elevator with the coordinator who was guiding me through the consultation, and because she was openly on her phone right in front of me, the chat window happened to catch my eye. I clearly saw one person making wordplay with my name even though it was obviously an internal work chat! For a moment I was so flustered I wondered if I had read it wrong. Making fun of a customer in a work group chat with around 20 staff members? Unlike when I was a student, it felt incredibly humiliating and offensive. If staff treat customers like that even with their names, I had doubts about how they would treat customers in general~ Since a clinic depends on trust, I canceled my surgery reservation because of one staff member If I go out after eye surgery, I don’t know how they’ll mock me again? Absolutely ridiculous
