Before my surgery, I visited to check whether I had filler from before and to remove it if it was still there. I had booked through Naver, but since there was a surgery at that time, they changed me to an earlier date. When I went at the scheduled time, everything proceeded smoothly without any waiting, and the director examined me much more thoroughly than I expected and answered my questions in detail. In the end there was no filler to remove, so I only had a consultation and left, but the director was kind and it felt like peace-of-mind money well spent. The manager also gave off a cheerful vibe.
