I had a weekday morning appointment, so I went in without a long wait, and when I asked the consultation manager all sorts of questions, they answered kindly. I had gone in just for Botox, but they first talked about my skin condition and where adding Botox might be more effective, and they didn’t strongly push any other treatments, so I was satisfied. The nurse who did the procedure also accepted what I requested right away and made sure to check the instructions without forgetting them, and the director also checked my requests while doing the procedure, so I was very satisfied!
