I had the silicone removed and also had septal extension, cartilage tying, and other procedures.. I had the bulbous nose correction from my first surgery fixed at Vㅇㅇ. For now, the pain is much better than after the first surgery. And since I removed the silicone that had been raised high, I wondered if the skin might get a little wrinkly, but so far, maybe because of swelling or whatever, there is none of that. I feel like all the major swelling will definitely be gone by one month, so I am taking a photo every day to watch the changes lol. I have not been walking lately because of the rain, but starting today I should try walking for about 30 minutes.
