I went with my younger sibling to a consultation, and they talked for a really long time at G&G. My younger brother wanted to lift only the nasal tip with the septum, without putting in an implant, but the more reviews he looked at, the more he started saying that if he was going to have surgery anyway, he wanted to raise the bridge too. They said that if swelling goes down and time passes, there can be a step between the bridge and the tip, so now he’s worrying over everything. At the hospital, the director said that if you raise the tip too much that can happen, but if it’s adjusted to match the bridge line, it won’t look pinched, so he’s torn. It’s a male nose case with a hump and a drooping tip. If it were you all, which of the two would you choose? 1) Slightly lift only the nasal tip with the septum 2) Insert a custom implant to make the bridge thin My sibling worries about everything, so I’m helping think it through together.. If it were me, I’d probably choose 1, but after seeing reviews of custom implants, the nose line does look pretty, so I’m conflicted
