[Clinic A] said this type of long nose with a drooping tip could not be done, but here they said surgery is possible with open approach plus ear cartilage. They said the tip needs to be raised slightly. The surgery time was said to be 2 hours, so I was surprised a second time. They said to expect 4 to 5 hours for recovery. I had been thinking about a closed approach, so they said it would have to be done with an incision under the nose no matter what, which scared me, and I am still hesitating, but the doctor does seem to have quite a lot of experience. For now I am planning to get consultations at other hospitals too. And the surgery cost also seems pretty expensive. I went because they are famous for doing natural-looking cosmetic surgery.
