It really feels like almost 2 years have passed since I had nose surgery, and for a bulbous nose, I think this is the right answer. I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and after the nose surgery, my ear hurt more than my nose lolololol. I think people who have actually had their nose done would all agree. Maybe because my ear hurt more than my nose, even when my nose hurt, it didn’t feel that painful.
