I had my nose surgery done by Dr. Chulakkin. The surgery was done together with a silicone implant, ear cartilage graft, bulbous nose correction, alar base lowering, and correction of a deviated septum. After the CT scan, they confirmed that my septum was deviated, and they also corrected the deviated septum to improve my rhinitis and nasal congestion. About 2 weeks after surgery, after I returned to Japan, I developed inflammation and worried a lot. However, the hospital contacted me quickly through LINE and explained how to deal with it in detail, which helped me feel at ease. Fortunately, the inflammation recovered well. At present, my nose shape is a little different from what I expected, so there are some disappointing parts. But I was really grateful that they responded kindly all the way through when a problem came up after surgery.
