When I looked into LASIK, people kept saying it hurts for 2 to 3 days straight and is really, really painful, so I went to the clinic half nervous and half excited. After the surgery I also hurt.. but it was not like some extremely painful feeling? Still, strangely, tears were pouring out like a storm lol The clinic told me to install an app, so I did, and it sent reminders to put in my eye drops, so I did not forget and used the drops often. My eyes got a little swollen, probably because of the tears? But the pain was gone after one day. The next day, I had no light sensitivity and no stinging. It was manageable to turn the lights on. I could use my phone. In the meantime I also went back to the clinic and had the protective lens removed, and I was supposed to go a few more times, but I forgot everything and never went;; haha But even now I can see extremely well. It is almost too good to be true lol
