I had it done at an eye clinic near Gangnam Station where a close acquaintance also had it done, and the price was slightly above average, I think. Overall I already had some dry eye, and it got worse after the procedure. But like about 90% of people who get LASIK, I’m still satisfied despite that. It has been about 5 years, and the dry eye is still quite severe, but my vision does not seem to have dropped all that much. Still, I think it may have gone down by about 0.1 to 0.2, and that level is satisfactory to me. I was told that because my corneas are thick, a second procedure might be possible later, and I think I would do it if my vision gets worse.
