I had it done about 13 years ago, and I had severe dry eye. I also didn't really put in eye drops regularly and was careless with aftercare, so I got scratches on my eyes twice and wore contact lenses twice while waiting for the cornea to grow back before getting them removed again.. After using ophthalmic ointment for about 4 years, it's gotten much better now, but I'm still a little scared that I might scratch my eyes again sometimes.
