My corneal thickness was sufficient for both LASIK and LASEK, but because my pupils were somewhat wide, there was concern about light halos, so they recommended LASEK. It has been about 4 years since I had LASEK, and I am satisfied. As expected, the side effects were light halos at night and dry eyes. But it does not interfere much with daily life, so I am even more satisfied with life without glasses!!
