My eyesight was extremely bad and I also had severe astigmatism, so I was worried because they said I might get a lot of light scatter, but I ended up doing it. I set the target at 0.9/0.9 and had the surgery, but after some time my vision actually got even better. It hurt a lot on the day of surgery, but I rested for 5 days and went back to work fine. It has been about 3 years now, and I am maintaining 0.9/1.2 well.
