Smile LASIK review posted after a year and a half

This is a Smile LASIK review I am posting after a year and a half because I was really satisfied lol. I had the surgery in December 2024. I got a chance to go see NewJeans two weeks later, but my eyesight had gotten so bad that my glasses and contacts prescriptions did not match, and it would have been expensive to replace everything, so since I was going to get LASIK someday anyway, I just went for it right away. On the day of surgery, the surgery itself ended really quickly, but as the anesthesia gradually wore off and I got to the pharmacy, my eyes started stinging like crazy and tears kept pouring out. There was no way I could go home alone; I needed someone to escort me. About an hour later, even after taking painkillers, I could feel exactly where the laser had cut into my eye. I could feel that exact surgical area stinging like crazy. But if we are talking only about pain, it hurt less than when I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed. It only hurt for one day, and from the next day on it did not hurt at all. And seeing well right away the next day was surprisingly shocking. After that, for about 2 to 3 weeks, my vision fluctuated a bit depending on how I was feeling, and especially the letters on my monitor looked extremely blurred, so work was a little inconvenient, but not impossible. After 2 to 3 weeks, vision became stable and clear. Also, it was definitely a bit dry in winter, but compared with the upgraded vision, I think it was definitely a fair trade..
