My teeth were a little yellow, around A2, so I tried teeth whitening for the first time. I did 2 sessions on the first day and 1 session a week later, for a total of 3 sessions. I was very worried, but aside from a little sensitivity near the end of the second session, it was fine. Right after that, my teeth became brighter, around A1. It was not a dramatic change, but my family told me my teeth looked brighter, so I am satisfied.
