This was my first time doing a self-whitening treatment for my teeth, so I had my teeth molded, waited a week, and received the mold tray. Twice a day, morning and evening, I put the medicine into the tray and wore it in my mouth for 2 hours each time. After finishing the upper teeth whitening, I went to the hospital, checked the results, and then did the lower teeth. My teeth became much whiter than I expected, and I do not really mind tooth discoloration, but the effect is still holding up to some extent. In the long run, since you can just buy the medicine and keep doing it, I think self-whitening is good too. The only thing is that this clinic did not give me a container to store the tooth tray;;
