This is a three-month review of underbite correction. During the first month, the appliance felt quite foreign, and my speech also felt a little slurred. After adjustments, there was throbbing for about two days, but it was manageable without painkillers. I have adapted a lot now, so it is not very inconvenient in daily life.
As the lower teeth gradually move inward, I can feel that the bite of the front teeth has improved compared to before. There is no dramatic change on the outside, but the difference is clearly visible when comparing photos. In particular, I feel like the side profile has been slightly refined, so I am satisfied. Elastics are annoying, but I am trying to wear them as properly as possible, and so far things are going smoothly.
