I thought braces would solve it, but it ended with double-jaw surgery ^^ No regrets at all

I used to read posts while looking up reviews of double-jaw surgery, and now I am writing my own 2-month review after surgery with Dr. Shin Hee-jin at Euiyoo Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!! I originally started orthodontic treatment because of facial asymmetry and an underbite, but after the consultation I learned that the cause was not my teeth but a skeletal issue from misaligned bone structure, so it was difficult to solve with orthodontics alone and I was told that double-jaw surgery was necessary T_T Before deciding on the surgery, I looked up reviews and information from many hospitals, and there were many posts from real users recommending Euiyoo Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and since it is a hospital specialized in oral and maxillofacial surgery rather than plastic surgery, I trusted it more!! More than anything, after actually consulting with Dr. Shin Hee-jin, I could really feel her expertise and experience in double-jaw surgery, so I decided to have the surgery at Euiyoo Oral Surgery~.~📌 2-month review 📌Recovery seems to be going more smoothly than I expected! I can open my mouth fairly well, so everyday life has become much more comfortable, and I can eat most foods without much trouble haha. I am still being a little careful with chewy or hard foods like pork belly, but the range of foods I can eat has expanded a lot compared with before, so I am satisfied!!! Right after surgery, I was worried because the left nostril was not moving well, but now it moves naturally. The slight numb feeling left in my chin is also gradually decreasing, so I feel like recovery is going well haha. More than anything, the most satisfying part is that my facial asymmetry and underbite have improved, making my face look much more naturally balanced!! I am still in the recovery process, but every time I look in the mirror I can see little by little how things are changing, so I already feel satisfied, and once the swelling goes down, I am excited every day for what further changes will come haha. It is still only the 2-month point, so I will need more time before the final result! But so far I am recovering while being satisfied with both the functional and aesthetic aspects 😊 ~!!!
