This is my 6-month review after two-jaw surgery + zygoma revision surgery + chin surgery with Director Lee Tae-sung at Glam Plastic Surgery. It has been 6 months since I had two-jaw surgery, zygoma revision surgery, and chin surgery, so I wanted to leave a progress review. Even after my previous zygoma surgery, I was still bothered by the remaining prominence of my cheekbones and my overall facial proportions, and because I had to undergo both two-jaw surgery and contouring together, I was especially careful in choosing a clinic. After consultations at several places, I had surgery with Director Lee Tae-sung at Glam Plastic Surgery. In my case, because it was a revision surgery, the fact that he explained things while taking my previous surgery status into account played the biggest role in my decision. Rather than simply reducing the size of my face, it felt like he was looking at the connection between the cheekbones, jaw, and midface, and at the overall balance. From right after surgery through the first few months, the swelling changed a lot, so I kept monitoring my progress. Now at 6 months, most of the major swelling has gone down. The cheekbone line has been refined more softly than before, and my chin seems to have settled naturally so the lower part of my face does not look cramped. My bite and daily life after the two-jaw surgery have also become much more comfortable than in the early stage. It is still too early to call this the final result, but so far my facial line has been gradually settling into a more natural shape, and I am satisfied. I hope my progress is helpful for anyone considering zygoma revision surgery together with two-jaw surgery.
