Aesthetic and functional satisfaction! 11-month review after jaw surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin

It has already been 11 months since I had double-jaw surgery from Director Shin Hee-jin at Iru Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! Time really flies, so I wanted to leave a review haha. The reason I first decided on surgery was that orthodontic treatment alone seemed like it would take too long, and when I thought about chewing function and jaw health later in life, I heard from my dentist that double-jaw surgery would be more appropriate. After thinking through everything, I decided to go ahead with surgery! My dentist also recommended an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic or a university hospital, so I started looking into it, and after reading a lot of reviews, I felt that Iru Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery had a lot of double-jaw surgery experience and a strong safety system, so I trusted them. That’s why I decided to have the surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin! Now that 11 months have passed, my face feels like it has settled in so naturally that it looks like my original face haha. As time goes by, my facial line keeps getting softer and more refined, and the overall proportions feel more stable, so every time I take a photo or look in the mirror, my satisfaction grows. I especially love how naturally the side profile flows! The functional side is also extremely satisfying. Because my bite is now stable and aligns well, chewing is much easier, and I feel that the force is distributed evenly when I eat, so there is no inconvenience in daily life at all. The biggest reason I considered surgery was to improve function, and now that this part has improved so satisfyingly, I think it was an even better decision. Now, 11 months later, I can feel that both appearance and function have stabilized well, and my satisfaction seems to keep increasing with time. I’m truly glad I had surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone who wants both a natural change and functional improvement! I’m really living with a lot of satisfaction haha
