9-month orthodontic review

9-month orthodontic review It has already been 9 months since I started orthodontic treatment.

At this visit, we checked my current bite and tooth movement progress. In the beginning of treatment, it felt like the changes were slow and frustrating, but after about 9 months, when I compared the photos, I could really see that my teeth had become much more aligned. In particular, the chewing sensation has become much more stable than before, and my jaw line also feels more natural than before, so I am satisfied.

It is not finished yet, so there is still a way to go, but seeing the changes happening steadily makes me think I made the right choice. The pain now is only uncomfortable for a few days after adjustments, and I adapt quickly, so it has not been a major problem in daily life.

I hope that over the remaining period, my bite will fit even better and the finish will look pretty too. For those who are considering orthodontic treatment, I do not think you need to get too impatient just because the changes are slow at first. Over time, the differences do become visible. I will come back with better changes in my next review!
