Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

I absolutely don't regret my double-jaw surgery lol

Before surgery, my biggest concern was facial asymmetry T_T When I took photos, my face looked different depending on the angle, which bothered me a lot,, and when I smiled, I felt stressed because I did not like my mouth shape or jawline T_T In terms of function too, I had discomfort when chewing and felt like my jaw tired easily, and my desire to improve both appearance and function kept growing. But because double-jaw surgery is such a major operation, I had a lot of worries about side effects, pain, and the recovery period. I read many reviews saying the swelling after surgery was severe and that it was hard, so it took me a long time to decide. Then I found Y Oral Surgery, and after watching Director Lee Seok-jae's YouTube channel and reading reviews, I started thinking it might be more doable than I expected. Maybe safer? That kind of feeling. And the important thing was that it made me trust the surgery even more because the guardian could watch the surgery in real time on CCTV, so that was a big reason I went through with it! It has already been 1 year since I had the double-jaw surgery!! Now I am so used to my current face that I can barely remember what my face looked like before surgery! The first change after surgery was that my facial line became more refined! The overall balance became more natural than before, and when taking photos I no longer have to be conscious of specific angles. I also feel more confident when smiling, and the biggest change is that the stress about my appearance when talking with people has decreased a lot! In terms of function too, chewing feels easier than before and the strain on my jaw seems to have been reduced a lot! The functional side improved a lot, and the stress from taking photos really decreased!! Above all, the biggest change is that I gained confidence!! The reactions from people around me were mostly positive too! At first, rather than immediately noticing that my face had changed, they said my impression had softened or my vibe had gotten better. Close friends said my facial line seemed more refined, and when they told me I had become prettier, I felt proud thinking back to the time I spent worrying about surgery. The recovery process felt like something that needed time more than anything else! It was not something that ended in a short period, and the time spent managing it consistently and waiting was important! At first it was hard because of the swelling and discomfort, but as time passed I could see clear improvements, and I gradually got back to normal daily life. Right now I can do most daily activities, and eating and going out are not a big problem! Right after surgery I regretted it because of the swelling and had a hard time, but as time passed my satisfaction kept growing!! If there is anyone hesitating about double-jaw surgery, I want to say that the recovery period is long, but it is worth waiting for :) Hesitation only delays time!! Don't overthink it.
