One-month review after revision rhinoplasty for a protruding implant

I had my first nose surgery at a large hospital, and while I was looking into revision rhinoplasty because the implant was protruding, I came across Lowell Plastic Surgery. It didn’t seem like a large hospital, and it seemed to be well known for revision rhinoplasty, so I made a consultation appointment. The consultation manager explained everything kindly, did not push for extra procedures, and gave an honest consultation, so I was able to feel good about the appointment. Then I immediately had a consultation with Director Kim Jae-yoon. Usually when you go to a plastic surgery clinic, the time you get with the director is not very long, but here they explained the materials used, how the surgery would be done, and even the aftercare in detail and at length, which gave me confidence and made me choose this place. For the bridge, they removed the existing implant and used SoFit, a 3D implant, and for the tip they used autologous costal cartilage. I also really liked that Lowell lets you have surgery at the exact price listed in the app. Because this was a revision, I thought the cost burden would be very heavy, but except for the implant, I was able to have surgery at the exact price listed in the app, so I felt it wouldn’t be too burdensome for people considering revision surgery. It was my first time having autologous costal cartilage surgery, so I was very worried, but it hurt less than I expected. From the day of surgery until one week later, it was only a little uncomfortable, and after that I could go right back to daily life, which was great. It’s been one month now, and there is still some swelling left, but the big swelling has gone down much more than I expected, and the autologous rib cartilage area is healing cleanly. Especially!!! The shape from the bridge all the way to the tip came out even better than I imagined and is so, so pretty that I am extremely, extremely satisfied! And more than anything, from suture removal to each time I went in for swelling care, the director personally came to check my progress carefully, which was the best part!!
